We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you still wish to return an item, please note the following information regarding our return policy:

📦 General Information

  • Returns are possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods.

  • Please return the items in their original packaging and preferably with the enclosed return form.

  • The return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

🧂 BBQ Sauces &and Food

  • For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of originally packaged and unopened BBQ sauces.

  • Opened or damaged packaging is excluded from returns.

👕 Clothing

  • Clothing can be returned within the return period.

  • Upon receipt of the goods, the return will be checked by our team at Fulfillment-Box. This check may take up to two business days.

  • Refunds will only be processed after successful inspection and confirmation of the flawless condition.

🏌️ Golf balls &and sports items

  • Golf balls, tees, gloves, and other sports items will be accepted only if unused and unplayed.

  • Items with visible signs of use, scratches, or damage are excluded from returns.

💸 Refund

  • After successful inspection of the return, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • If a refund is not possible (e.g., in the case of damaged goods), we will inform you via email.
